Tony Elizondo

Tony Elizondo is a U.S. Army veteran, experienced leader, and financial services professional who believes protecting your family, your future, and everything you’ve worked for should never be complicated.
Known as “The Benefits Boss,” Tony brings a straightforward, relationship-first approach to insurance and financial services. His work focuses on life and health insurance, Medicare, and retirement and legacy planning, helping individuals, families, and business owners find solutions that fit their real lives.
With more than 25 years of leadership and community service experience, Tony believes business is about more than policies and numbers. It’s about people. His approach is rooted in faith, service, integrity, and doing what’s right for the people who trust him.
Tony has been married to his wife, Belen, for 28 years, and they are proud parents of two children who have also chosen lives of service. Their daughter, Iliana, works in the service field, while their son, Joshua, has served in the United States Marine Corps for 14 years. For Tony, faith, family, country, and service aren’t just values he talks about. They are at the heart of how he lives and leads.
His philosophy is simple: Protect what matters today. Faithfully plan for what’s ahead.
Gina Gutierrez
"The Insurance Queen"
Gina Gutierrez, proudly known as The Insurance Queen, is a devoted Christian woman whose strong faith and personal walk with Jesus Christ guide every area of her life. With 25 years of insurance experience,
Gina has earned numerous awards and recognition as a Top Producer and for being #1 in Customer Service. She believes in doing more than protecting what matters most—she is passionate about educating individuals, families, and business owners on the importance of having the right insurance coverage.
Gina’s life is a beautiful testimony of God’s perfect timing. God reunited Gina and her now-husband, Joey, through social media in 2025. They were married in February 2026.
She is the proud mother of her daughter, Victoria Ciara. She also has a son, Xavier Anthony, married to Becca and together, they have blessed her with two beautiful grandchildren, Sophia and Ezekiel.

Joseph "Joey" Gutierrez
"The Medicare Machine"
Joseph “Joey” Gutierrez is an accomplished Account Executive and Agency Owner with nearly three decades of high-impact sales experience spanning technology, telecom, financial services, and insurance.
The Medicare Machine specializes in providing tailored Medicare plans as well as health and life insurance across Texas and has achieved “Gold” status alignment with UnitedHealthcare.
Throughout his diverse career, Joey has built a reputation for driving revenue growth, outperforming quotas, and mastering advanced consultative sales methods for both small businesses and government sectors.
His foundational corporate journey includes a ten-year tenure at Dell Inc., where he successfully rose from a warehouse role to a Federal Government Account Manager.
Joey studied at Southwest Texas State University and Del Mar College, holds Texas licenses in Life, Health, Property & Casualty, and actively serves his professional community as a Director for BNI (Business Network International) a member of the Westside Business Association and the London Business Association in Corpus Christi TX.
Joey married his childhood crush Gina in February 2026. He is a proud father of Marina (Texas State Graduate) and Dax (Texas A&M Kingsville Graduate) both of whom are working in Austin TX.
